Configuring Mac OS X to Write to Bootcamp NTFS File System

Install Xcode Get the command line tools: [pre class="brush:bash"] xcode-select --install [/pre] Install homebrew: [pre class="brush:bash"] /usr/bin/ruby -e "$(curl -fsSL" [/pre] Disable Homebrew anonymous aggregate user behaviour analytics: [pre class="brush:bash"] brew analytics off [/pre] Install osxfuse using homebrew: [pre class="brush:bash"] brew install Caskroom/cask/osxfuse [/pre] Install ntfs-3g: [pre class="brush:bash"] brew install homebrew/fuse/ntfs-3g [/pre] Now you need to disable system integrity protection: Reboot your mac to recovery mode by pressing Command+R while booting Launch the terminal from Utilities and enter: [pre class="brush:bash"] csrutil disable [/pre] Now reboot into mac and enter the following in terminal [pre class="brush:bash"] sudo mv /sbin/mount_ntfs /sbin/mount_ntfs.ori
